If something about our work or our service has not been good enough, we want to hear about it. Complaints tell us where we have gone wrong and give us the chance to put it right.
You can raise a complaint by telephone on 020 8840 5054 or by email to info@seoauditlondon.uk. Marking it clearly as a complaint helps us handle it properly rather than as ordinary correspondence.
It helps if you can tell us what happened, when it happened, who you dealt with, and what you would like us to do to resolve it. If it is easier to explain on a call, say so and we will arrange one.
We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days so you know it has reached the right person. We will then look into what happened, review the relevant correspondence and work, and speak to anyone involved.
We aim to give you a full written response within fifteen working days. If the matter is complicated and we need longer, we will tell you why and give you a revised date rather than leaving you waiting. Our response will explain what we found, whether we think something went wrong, and what we propose to do about it.
If our response does not resolve matters, tell us and we will review the complaint again, with a fresh look at the evidence. Please set out which parts of our response you disagree with and why.
You retain the right to seek independent advice or to pursue the matter through other means available to you. Where a complaint concerns how we have handled your personal information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We keep a record of complaints and how they were resolved, and we review them so that the same problem does not recur. Raising a complaint will not affect how we treat you or the standard of service you receive.
